Fifty (50) of the 174 contact centers (30%) are focused on serving U.S clients. Ninety-five percent (95%) of the region’s international agent capacity (19,961) exists within these 50 centers. While most segments principally serve U.S. contracts, some markets also generate revenues from servicing European and South American based multinationals.
