a NASDAQ listed company, provides customer care
BPO services, and is a global leader in the industry. The
company has regional centers in Costa Rica and El Salvador
and a global footprint of 60 contact centers across all
five continents. Three forces congeal to make Latin America
a compelling geography for Sykes: expanding Nearshore
