V. ANALYSIS OF CITIES
It was previously observed that Cordoba and Buenos Aires
dominate contact center activities in Argentina, with
Rosario emerging as an energetic third place competitor.
Current agent density reflects a 54% and 28% percent
share for Buenos Aires and Cordoba respectively with a
12% share occupied by Rosario. There have been some
significant recent developments in the overall IT/communication
and BPO space in 2006 affecting the cities.
