on Argentina’s response to external competition and internal challenges.
The main external competitors are
Caribbean and Latin American Nearshore
and Offshore
Asian markets. Its competitive exchange rate and reduced
operating cost make Buenos Aires competitive with Bangalore.
Rising attrition rates and increase labor cost in India has shifted market share to
the Philippines and Argentina
