V. ANALYSIS OF CITIES Mexico City dominates contact center activities in Mexico, with other “Tier 2” cities emerging as strong regional competition and “sister cities” playing an energetic third place competitor. Current agent density reflects a 45% and 32% percent share for the Mexico City and Mexico City outlying cities such as Guadalajara and S.L. Potosi respectively, with three other main call center concentration areas with an average 5% share.
